This is my second term of office in BIM and will soon come to an end in July 2008. If my first term was a ‘back to basic stage’, my second term in office is a ‘rebuilding stage’ of BIM. Presently BIM after successfully resolving its financial matters has comfortable bank balance without any bank borrowings and liabilities. However we have some major disputes with our JV Partner in the development of Wisma BIM, MBM and Zelan. The matter involves the issue of maintenance charges, JV agreement, rights of usage. These disputes are being handled by our lawyers SKRINE.
